Eligibility for the Bonus Giveaway
1.1 The giveaway of the horse enrichment toys hamper (“Bonus Item”) is available only to customers who purchase the Supreme Package between 1st January 2025 and 31st March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
1.2 This offer is limited to one Bonus Item per customer, regardless of the number of coaching packages purchased during the Promotion Period.
Conditions for Receiving the Bonus Item
2.1 The Bonus Item is offered as a free bonus and has no cash alternative.
2.2 Customers must complete full payment for the eligible coaching package to qualify for the Bonus Item. If payment is refunded or cancelled, eligibility for the Bonus Item will be revoked.
2.3 The Bonus Item will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. In the event that stock is depleted, we reserve the right to offer an alternative bonus of equivalent value.
Delivery of the Bonus Item
3.1 The Bonus Item will be delivered to the customer at the time of the first coaching session or within 30 days of full payment being received, to an address within Berkshire or surrounding counties, UK.
3.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We accept no responsibility for Bonus Items that are lost or delayed due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
General Terms
4.1 The Bonus Item is provided “as is” and cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
4.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
4.3 The Bonus Item forms part of a promotional offer and is not a contractual obligation of the coaching package purchase.
4.4 The Bonus Item is provided as a goodwill gesture and does not imply endorsement of any particular product or brand by us.
4.5 We make no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, fitness for purpose, or quality of the Bonus Item.
Exclusions and Liability
5.1 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the Bonus Item once it has been delivered to the customer.
5.2 Our liability in relation to the Bonus Item is limited to the value of the Bonus Item as described in the promotional materials.
